Two Piles

Privacy.

This page says what this address collects, why we hold it, and how to ask for a correction. It is written for businessbookkeepingcleanup.com. It is not a policy pasted from a different offer.

The forms ask for your name, your phone number, what got mixed, and the tax election if you know it. Those fields are the whole form. We use them to call you back about the card or the account you described. The form does not ask for an email address, and this site does not publish one.

The phone number in the footer is the number we publish. If you call it, the number you call from and what you say are the content of the call. We use that content to do the work you asked about. We do not sell the name, the number, or the description of the card.

A booking time, if you open the calendar and choose one, is held so the appointment can be kept. The calendar loads only after you tap the button on the booking page. Loading it is a choice on that visit. If you never tap, the calendar does not run.

The chat chip is optional. If you type there, the words are a message to the practice about the same request. Do not put a full account number or a full identification number in the chip or in the form. The card and the election are enough.

Pages record a basic visit beacon so we can see which page was opened. The beacon stores a random visitor key in your browser and the page name. If your browser sends a do not track signal, the beacon does not run. We do not use the beacon to build a profile for anyone else.

We keep a note for as long as the conversation about that card is open, and for the ordinary period the practice keeps a file if the conversation becomes an engagement. If you want a correction, call the footer number and say your name and what is wrong. We will fix a wrong name or a wrong description of the mix.

We do not ask children to use the forms. The site is for owners dealing with a mixed card. If a note is clearly from a minor, we delete it rather than continue the conversation.

The host and the form handler see the fields the form sends, because that is how a form is delivered. They are not invited to use the note for their own marketing. If a tool changed that practice, we would stop using it for this form.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for another company's advertising. No decision about you is made by an automated score. We call because you asked for a call, not because a model ranked you.

If this page changes, the change is made on the page. We do not announce it on a different site and leave this one stale. Questions about privacy go to the practice by phone. We will not answer a privacy question by asking you to email a document to a published address, because there is not one.

The footer already names who operates the site. This page does not add a second location line. The phone number beside that line is the route for a privacy request.

You can ask what we hold under your name. The same phone number reaches us. If you would rather we did not keep an enquiry that never became an engagement, say so and it goes.
